摘 要:为研究不同类型垫圈的防松性能,概括性介绍国内防松性能试验标准,并基于加速振动试验,对平垫圈、弹簧垫圈、内齿锁紧垫圈和洛帝牢垫圈的防松性能进行测试与对比。试验所得结论认为:平垫圈不具有防松性能;弹簧垫圈具有防松性能,防松性能来源于压平后的弹性变形,斜口尖端结构对防松性能无影响,弹簧垫圈在配装螺栓规格和强度较小时防松效果明显,螺栓规格和强度越高,其防松性能越低;内齿锁紧垫圈防松性能优于同规格弹簧垫圈,同样具有配装螺栓规格和强度越高,防松性能越低的特点;洛帝牢垫圈的防松效果最好。In order to study the anti-loosening properties of different types of washers,the domestic anti-loosening property test standards are introduced in general,and the anti-loosening properties of plain washers,spring washers,internal tooth-lock washers and Nord-Lock washers are tested and compared based on accelerated vibration tests.The conclusion drawn from the tests is that,plain washers do not have anti-loosening properties;spring washers have anti-loosening properties,which are from the elastic deformation after flattening,the inclined tip structure has no effect on the anti-loosening properties,spring washers have an obvious anti-loosening effect when the bolt size and strength are small,and the larger the bolt size and strength,the lower the anti-loosening property;internal toothlock washers have a better anti-loosening property than spring washers of the same size,and the larger the bolt size and strength,the lower the anti-loosening property;Nord-Lock washers have the best anti-loosening effect.
