摘  要:某挖掘机工作时,因合流单向阀卡滞引起双泵合流工况两泵压力差超限,经过分析认为主要为稳态液动力所致。通过P u m p lin x软件对阀芯受力进行分析,根据稳态液动力产生机理优化阀口结构。对比改进前后的阀芯结构并分别进行C F D瞬态和稳态仿真,分析研究阀芯结构对内流式锥阀稳态液动力大小、方向和变化趋势的影响。改进后的阀芯结构,有效消除了挖掘机合流单向阀的卡滞现象。During the operation of an excavator,the pressure different between two pumps in a double-pump converging condition exceeded the limit due to the jamming of the converging check valve,and it is believed that the steady-state flow force is the main cause after analysis.The spool force is analyzed by the software Pumplinx,and the valve port structure is optimized according to the generation mechanism of the steady-state flow force.The spool structures before and after improvement are compared,and CFD transient and steady-state simulations are carried out to analyze and study the influence of the spool structure on the magnitude,direction and change trend of the steady-state flow force of the internal flow poppet valve.The improved spool structure effectively eliminates the jamming phenomenon of the converging check valve in excavators.
