摘 要:研究QPQ处理工艺(氮碳氧复合处理技术)应用于推土机重载荷销轴的可行性,以探索一种提高销轴耐腐蚀性的表面硬化、钝化工艺。QPQ处理工艺是一种新的金属表面强化改性技术。根据推土机的推土铲与其机架销轴所承受的载荷,建立推土板在不同工况下的受力模型,针对推土板正常、偏载和意外碰撞3种工况,制定试验的施加载荷和频率。试验销轴按3种热处理方式,分别为QPQ工艺、调质+表面淬火和调质+离子渗氮工艺。一方面,通过三坐标检测对试验前、后的销轴变形情况进行对比;另一方面,从销轴受力最大处提取试样,对试样的硬度和梯度进行详细对比研究,检验3种工艺的效果。通过试验研究得出推土机重载荷销轴运用QPQ处理工艺的可行性,可为推土机用销轴的设计提供参考。The feasibility of applying QPQ treatment(nitride carbonize and oxidize multi-treatment) technology to the heavyduty pins of dozers is studied to explore a surface hardening and passivation technology to improve the corrosion resistance of the pins.The QPQ treatment technology is a new metal surface strengthening and modification technology.The loads applied to the dozer blade and the frame pins are used to establish the force model of the dozer blade under different working conditions.Based on three working conditions of the dozer blade,normal,unbalanced load and accidental collision,the applied loads and frequencies for the tests are developed.The pins are heat-treated in three ways,QPQ technology,quenching and tempering+surface hardening technology,and quenching and tempering+ion nitriding technology.On the one hand,the deformation of the pins before and after tests is compared by means of coordinate measuring.On the other hand,specimens are taken from the pin at the point of maximum stress,and the hardness and gradient of the specimens are compared and studied to test the effects of the three technologies.Through experimental research,the feasibility of applying QPQ treatment technology to the heavy-duty pins of dozers is verified,which provides a reference for the design of dozer pins.
