摘 要:对新能源窄轨牵引电机车进行介绍,对其传动系统结构进行分析,阐述传动系统中鼓齿联轴器的重要性。针对新能源牵引电机车在盾构施工使用过程中出现传动部件鼓齿联轴器鼓齿磨齿损坏的问题,根据施工应用情况,详细分析故障原因,并提出改进措施。通过安装工艺、设备加工精度调整、非标联轴器选用、减振系统调整等方面措施,保证鼓齿联轴器的使用可靠性,延长联轴器使用寿命,为盾构水平运输提供保障,对大吨位新能源牵引电机车有轨运输的发展有重要参考意义。The new-energy narrow-gauge traction electric locomotive is introduced,its drive system structure is analyzed,and the importance of curved tooth coupling in the drive system is explained.In view of the tooth damage of the curved tooth coupling of the new-energy traction electric locomotive during shield construction,the causes of the fault are analyzed in detail,and improvement measures are proposed.Through measurements in terms of installation process,equipment processing accuracy adjustment,nonstandard coupling selection and vibration damping system adjustment,the reliability of the curved tooth coupling is ensured,and the service lift of the coupling is extended,which provides a guarantee for the horizontal transport of the shield and has important reference significance for the development of rail transport of large-tonnage new-energy traction electric locomotives.
