摘　　要：目的系统评价ICU患者身体约束的真实体验。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Ovid、Embase、外文医学信息资源检索平台(Foreign Medical Literature Retrieval Service,FMRS)、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和维普数据库,收集关于ICU患者身体约束真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年10月。采用Meta整合的方法对质性研究结果进行提取、归纳、整合、诠释。结果共纳入9篇文献,提炼出53个主要结果,整理为7个新类别,并综合成3个整合结果,分别为情感体验;躯体活动障碍;对身体约束的态度。结论ICU医护人员应充分理解和重视身体约束给患者带来的危害,不断优化ICU人文关怀策略,规范身体约束的管理,给予ICU患者足够的心理支持,促进患者的身心康复。Objective To systematically evaluate the real experience of physical restraint in ICU patients.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Ovid,Embase,Foreign Medical Literature Retrieval Service(FMRS),CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM and VIP database were searched to collect qualitative studies on the real experience of physical restraint in ICU patients from inception to October 2021.Meta-synthesis method was used to extract,conclude,integrate,and interpret the qualitative research results.Results A total of 9 studies were included,and 53 main results were extracted,which were sorted into 7 new categories and integrated into 3 integrated results,namely emotional experience;physical activity disorder;attitude towards physical restraint.Conclusion ICU medical staff should fully understand and pay attention to the harm of physical restraint to patients,constantly optimize the strategy of humanistic care in ICU,standardize the management of physical restraint,give enough psychological support to ICU patients,and promote the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients.
