摘　　要：结合东非某港口改扩建EPC项目设计管理经验,基于国际港口工程总承包业务特点,研究探讨设计企业在开展国际港口工程总承包业务前期阶段和项目实施阶段的设计管理要点,强调发挥设计管理的引领作用,实现设计与采购、施工的合理衔接和有机融合,以期为设计企业开展国际港口工程总承包业务设计管理提供参考。Combined with an upgrading and reconstruction of harbor EPC project in East Africa and based on the characteristics of international harbor EPC project,this paper studies key point of international harbor EPC project design management launched by design firm in the early stage and implementation stage,emphasizing the leading role of design management for realizing the reasonable connection and integration of designing,procurement and construction,hopes to provide reference for design management of similar projects.
