摘　　要：在分析交通基础设施在我国经济社会发展中的作用的基础上,结合交通基础设施PPP项目的特点,就该类项目融资过程、融资使用与融资管理中存在的主要风险进行阐释,基于风险有效防范,给出交通基础设施PPP项目融资风险防范的应对措施,包括科学设计和编制融资预案、设置合理的风险分担机制,以及加强财务风险管理和项目全过程投资管理等,以期为同类项目的建设、运营管理提供参考。Based on the analysis of the role of transportation infrastructure in our economic and social development,combined with the characteristics of transportation infrastructure PPP project,this paper expounds the main risks existing in the financing process,financing use and financing management of this kind of project,and based on the effective prevention of risks,puts forward some countermeasures for preventing the risks of PPP project financing of transportation infrastructure,including the scientific design and preparation of financing plans,the establishment of a reasonable risk-sharing mechanism,as well as strengthening financial risk management and investment management throughout the project process,in order to provide reference for the construction and operation management of similar projects.
