摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是落实人才培养目标的重要保障。山西工商学院将准军事化管理应用于学生管理工作,并在不断地尝试和实践中,力求做到更加规范化和科学化。以山西工商学院准军事化管理的实践和应用为基础,探讨准军事化管理对高校人才培养的影响,提出新时期准军事化管理应采取的对策。The management of college students is an important guarantee for the realization of the goal of talent training.Paramilitary management has been applied in the management of students in Shanxi Technology and Business College,being more scientific and standardized through faculties' continuous attempts and practice.Based on the practice and application of paramilitary management in Shanxi Technology and Business College,this paper discusses the impact of paramilitary management on talent training in colleges,and proposes countermeasures for paramilitary management in the new era.
