摘  要:为了对多梯度钻井井筒压力梯度的变化规律进行研究,对井下过滤分离器附近的关键井段进行了分析,自主研制了多梯度钻井室内模拟试验系统和新型井下过滤分离器。首先对该试验系统的重要结构与功能进行了介绍;然后对井筒压力梯度测试试验的工作原理和基本流程进行了阐述;最后基于该室内试验系统,开展了不同排量、空心球直径、密度、质量浓度和流体黏度对模拟井筒内压力梯度分布规律的影响试验。试验结果表明:排量和空心球物性参数或流体黏度对井筒压力梯度分布有显著影响,环空内存在明显的压力梯度变化;分离器上部环空内的压力梯度最小,分离器处环空内的压力梯度略高于其下部环空内的压力梯度。研究结果可为多梯度钻井井筒压力控制的相关理论研究和控压钻井工艺设计提供一定的参考。In order to clarify the variation of wellbore pressure gradient in multi-gradient managed pressure drilling(MPD),key wellbore section near the filter separator was investigated,and a laboratory simulation test system for multi-gradient MPD and a new type of downhole filter separator were independently developed.This paper introduces the structure and functions of the test system,and then describes the working principle and process of the test system.Finally,the effects of pump flow rate,physical parameters(incl.diameter,density and mass concentration)of hollow glass sphere(HGS)and fluid viscosity on the distribution of pressure gradient in the simulated wellbore were analyzed with the support of the test system.The results show that pump flow rate and physical parameters of HGS or fluid viscosity have significant impacts on the distribution of wellbore pressure gradients,and pressure gradients in the annulus are found with considerable variation.The pressure gradient in the annulus above the separator is the smallest,and the pressure gradient in the annulus at the separator is slightly higher than that below the separator.The research findings provide references for theoretical investigations of wellbore pressure control in multi-gradient MPD and the design of MPD process.
