摘  要:压裂充填技术已经成为渤海油田疏松砂岩油气藏开发中一种非常重要的完井方法,但目前对该区域的疏松砂岩裂缝延伸规律尚未明晰,无法有效指导压裂充填作业。为此利用室内试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了疏松砂岩裂缝的延伸机理,通过灰色关联度的方法探索了排量、地层渗透率及压裂液性质等参数对压裂效果的影响敏感性。试验和模拟结果发现,交联压裂液比线性胶压裂液更容易形成单一、平整的拉伸型裂缝,裂缝长度随压裂液排量的增加而增加,随储层渗透率和滤失系数的增加而降低;而裂缝宽度随储层渗透率增加而增加,随滤失系数和排量增加而降低。基于上述成果形成了压裂充填关键参数优化设计方法,并在渤海油田进行了170余井次现场应用,取得了较好的增产效果。研究成果可为疏松砂岩压裂充填技术的进一步推广应用提供技术指导和理论支撑。Fracturing packing has become a vital completion technique for the recovery of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs in the Bohai Oilfield.However,the rules governing fracture extension in such unconsolidated sandstones remain unclear to guide the fracturing packing operations.The laboratory experiment and numerical simulation were combined to investigate the mechanism of fracture extension in unconsolidated sandstone,and the grey relational analysis(GRA)was performed to identify the sensitivity of fracturing performance to such parameters as pump rate,reservoir permeability and fracturing fluid properties.The experiment and simulation results show that cross-linked fracturing fluid is more likely to form a single,flat tensile fracture than linear gel fracturing fluid.The fracture length increases with the rising fracturing fluid pump rate and decreases with the increasing reservoir permeability and leakoff coefficient.The fracture width expands with the increasing reservoir permeability and declines with the increasing leakoff coefficient and pump rate.Based on the above results,an optimization method for key parameters of fracturing packing was formed,and it has been satisfactorily applied in more than 170 wells in the Bohai Oilfield.The research findings provide technical guidance and theoretical support for further promoting the fracturing packing technique in unconsolidated sandstone.
