摘　　要：鉴于塑料废弃物带来的环境污染问题,生物降解塑料应运而生,但是由于缺乏科学的监管和统一的标准和认证体系,自生物降解塑料诞生以来,争议不断。本文介绍了国内外生物降解塑料的认证体系,主要是可堆肥降解塑料的认证体系,比较了各个认证体系之间的异同,对国内在生物降解塑料标准和规范方面的进展进行了讨论,并对生物降解塑料的检测和生物降解塑料制品的进一步规范化认证进行了展望。对比国内外现状,我国尚未建立生物降解塑料认证体系,随着禁限塑政策陆续出台,生物降解塑料产业得到迅猛发展,急需建立相关认证体系,为行业规范发展保驾护航。Biodegradable plastics were developed in response to the environmental problems caused by accumulation of plastic waste.However,due to a lack of scientific oversight and a unified standard and certification system,disputes had persisted since the introduction of biodegradable plastics.This paper introduced the biodegradable plastics certification systems both at home and abroad,especially focusing on the certification systems of compostable degradable plastics,and comparing the similarities and differences between the certification systems.Moreover,the progress in domestic biodegradable plastics standards and specifications was discussed.Finally,the detection of biodegradable plastics and the further standardized certification of biodegradable plastics products were prospected.Comparing with the current situation at home and abroad,China had not yet established a certification system for biodegradable plastics.With the introduction of the plastic ban policy,the biodegradable plastics industry had been rapidly developed and it was urgent to establish a relevant certification system to escort the standardized development of the industry.
