摘  要:研究了聚甲醛在挤出造粒过程中挤出工艺对聚甲醛性能的影响。结果表明,加工温度越高,聚甲醛的裂解反应增加,温度过高或者过低均会增加聚甲醛的不稳定性,导致力学性能下降。混料段温度为180℃时聚甲醛的加工性能最好。在螺杆转速为140 r/min,扭矩比控制在61%~65%时,此时聚甲醛流体的流动行为最优,挤出加工最易控制。真空段压力对聚甲醛中熔融过程中的甲醛释放量GM值影响较大,第一段、第二段、第三段真空段压力分别为620、670、700 kPa时,生产状况最优。从样品的热失重曲线分析可以看出,对挤出工艺进行优化,能够有效提升聚甲醛的热稳定性。对挤出工艺优化后,聚甲醛产品性能得到了有效提升。The influence of extrusion process on the properties of polyoxymethylene(POM)in the extrusion granulation process was studied.The results show that the cracking reaction of POM increases with the processing temperature,and the instability of POM could increase with the temperature increasing or decreasing,leading to the decline of mechanical properties.The processing property of POM is the best when the temperature of mixing section is 180℃.When the screw speed is 140 r/min and the torque is controlled at 61%~65%,the flow behavior of POM fluid is optimal and the extrusion process is most easily controlled.The vacuum section pressure has a great influence on the HCHO content(GM value)of POM.When the pressure of the first,second and third vacuum sections is 620,670 and 700 kPa,respectively,the production situation is optimal.From the analysis of the thermogravimetric curve of the sample,it can be seen that optimizing the extrusion process can effectively improve the thermal stability of POM.After the optimization of extrusion process,the performance of POM products has been effectively improved.
