摘　　要：现行ISO和国家标准的聚乙烯试样制备和性能测定标准的注塑试样制备条件采用冷却时间作为重要控制参数,由于标准中没有保压时间的具体要求致使聚乙烯制样操作无法统一。现该ISO标准正在修订过程中,聚乙烯注塑试样制备条件的完善是主要技术修改内容之一。本文采用试样质量称量法测定了不同类别聚乙烯A1型和B1型试样的保压时间,确定该时间的范围为(30±5)s,并提议在本标准修订时将原冷却时间更改为保压时间。同时针对部分类别聚乙烯无法顺利脱模的情况,将循环时间的中心值由40 s增加到50 s。经过上述技术修改,完善了聚乙烯注塑试样制备条件,提升了重复性和再现性水平。其他材料也可参考聚乙烯保压时间的确定方法,确定或验证其保压时间。The cooling time was used as an important control parameter in the preparation conditions of injection moulding specimens in the current ISO and Chinese national standards for polyethylene specimens preparation and determination.Because there was no specific for hold time(pressure holding time)in the standards,the polyethylene specimens preparation operation could not be unified.At present,the ISO standard was in the process of revision,and the improvement of the preparation conditions of polyethylene injection moulding was one of the main technical modifications.In this paper,the specimens mass method was used to measure the hold time of A1 and B1 specimens of different types of polyethylene materials,and the range of this time was determined to be(30±5)s.It was proposed to change the original cooling time to the hold time when this standard was revised.At the same time,the central value of cycle time increased from 40 s to 50 s in the case that some types of polyethylene could not be demoulded smoothly.Through the above technical modifications,the conditions of polyethylene injection moulding specimens preparation had been reformed,and the level of repeatability and reproducibility had been improved.Other materials could also refer to the determination method of polyethylene to determine or verify its hold time.
