摘 要:采用光照交联、离子交换法制备了一种含铜和钼酸根离子配合物[Cu(DN)Mo]并进一步与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混制备了PVC/Cu(DN)Mo复合材料。采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和热重分析仪(TG)对其进行检测分析。结果表明,成功制备了Cu(DN)Mo且热稳定性能较好。然后采用烟密度仪、氧指数仪、微型量热仪(MCC)、TG、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉伸试验机和简支梁冲击试验机对PVC/Cu(DN)Mo材料进行燃烧性能和力学性能分析。结果表明,Cu(DN)Mo能有效地提高半硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)的阻燃抑烟性能和热稳定性能,使其最大烟密度(D_(smax))和烟密度(D_(s))分别降低至409.6与407.2。极限氧指数(LOI)提高至38.1%。MCC和TG的结果表明,Cu(DN)Mo可以有效改变PVC的燃烧行为并降低易燃性参数,提高其热稳定性,从而起到阻燃抑烟的效果。SEM显示,添加了Cu(DN)Mo的PVC燃烧后,其表面形成了一层致密的炭层结构,且内部孔洞较小,炭层更加致密,这提高了炭渣的稳定性。Cu(DN)Mo的加入对PVC力学性能影响不大。An ion complex containing copper and molybdate[Cu(DN)Mo]was prepared by light crosslinking and ion exchange method,then it was blended with polyvinyl chloride(PVC)to prepare PVC/Cu(DN)Mo.The complex was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TG).The results show that Cu(DN)Mo is obtained with good thermal stability.The PVC/Cu(DN)Mo composites were tested and analyzed for the combustion property and mechanical property by smoke density meter,limiting oxygen index(LOI),micro-scale combustion calorimetry(MCC),TG,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and mechanical property test.The results show that Cu(DN)Mo could effectively make the flame retardant,smoke suppression property and thermal stability of semi-rigid PVC more excellent,reduce the maximum smoke density(D_(smax))and smoke density(D_(s))to 409.6 and 407.2,and increase the LOI value to 38.1%.The results of MCC and TG show that Cu(DN)Mo could effectively change the combustion behavior of PVC/Cu(DN)Mo,drastically reduce the flammability parameters,and improve thermal stability.Therefore,Cu(DN)Mo has the effect of flame retardant and smoke suppression.After PVC/Cu(DN)Mo composites are burned,a dense carbon layer is formed on the surface and the internal pores are small,which are observed by SEM.The results indicate that Cu(DN)Mo makes the carbon layer more compact and improves the stability of carbon residue.Furthermore,the mechanical properties test demonstrates that the addition of Cu(DN)Mo has slight effect on the mechanical properties of PVC.
