摘  要:为了研究新疆塔河马鹿三杈茸鲜茸重与茸尺的相关关系,为准确估测鲜茸重以及合理收茸提供科学依据,本研究通过对780支塔河马鹿标准三杈茸鲜茸重和8个茸尺指标(主干长度、主干围度、眉枝长度、眉枝围度、中枝长度、冰枝长度、嘴头长度和嘴头围)的相关性和回归分析,以鲜茸重为因变量,茸尺性状为自变量利用回归分析方法建立了鲜茸重预测模型,并进行F检验。通过统计分析表明,塔河马鹿左右侧茸各项指标均无显著差异,其中茸重与主干长、主干围、冰枝长和嘴头围显著正相关(P<0.01),嘴头长和主干长及中枝长显著正相关(P<0.01),其左侧三杈茸鲜茸重估测模型:YL=3.446+0.035X_(1)+0.016X_(2)+0.011X_(3)+0.032X_(4)+0.022X_(5)+0.026X_(6)0.014X_(7)+0.109X_(8)右侧三杈茸鲜茸重估测模型:YR=3.969+0.025X_(1)+0.150X_(2)+0.030X_(4)+0.023X_(5)+0.015X_(6)+0.067X_(8)其复相关系数分别为0.839和0.799。经F检验表明,两个预测模型的回归系数、回归方差和复相关系数均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。经F检验表明,两个预测模型的回归系数、回归方差和复相关系数均呈极显著差异(P<0.01),模型可靠性较高,嘴头围是影响三杈茸鲜茸重的主要茸尺因子,可作为塔河马鹿选育的重点。In order to study the correlation between the fresh three-branch velvet antler weight and the antler ruler of Tahe red deer in Xinjiang,providing a scientific basis for accurately estimating the fresh antler weight and rationally harvesting the antler.The study through the correlation and regression analysis of 390 standard three-branch velvet antlers of the weight of fresh antler and 8 the scale indicators of antler(main length,main circumference,eyebrow length,eyebrow circumference,middle branch length,ice branch length,mouth head length,mouth head circumference),with the weight of fresh three-branched antler as the dependent variable,and the size traits of three-branched antler as the independent variable,a weight prediction model of the three-branched antler was established by using regression analysis method and performF test.Statistical analysis result showed that there was no significant difference in various indicators of The red deer antler on the left and right sides.The antler weight was significantly positively correlated with the trunk length,trunk circumference,ice branch length,and mouth head circumference(P<0.01).And the middle branchlength was significantlypositively correlated(P<0.01).Reestimationmodel of three-branched antler on its left side:YL=3.446+0.035X_(1)+0.016X_(2)+0.011X_(3)+0.032X_(4)+0.022X_(5)+0.026X_(6)0.014X_(7)+0.109X_(8).Reestimation model of three-branched antler on its right side:YR=3.969+0.025X_(1)+0.150X_(2)+0.030X_(4)+0.023X_(5)+0.015X_(6)+0.067X_(8).The multiple correlation coefficients are 0.839 and 0.799,respectively.The F-test showed that the regression coefficient,regression variance and complex correlation coefficient of the two prediction models were significantly different(P<0.01),so the models had high reliability.The mouth circumference was the main factor affecting the hairy weight of the three-branched fresh antler,which could be used as the focus of breeding Tahe red deer.
