摘 要:总结苍术的有效化学成分、提取方法及药理作用,解析苍术素的生物合成途径。从倍半萜类,聚乙烯炔类及非挥发油成分3方面,总结苍术的化学成分;对5种常用的苍术素提取工艺进行优劣评判;从抗肿瘤、抗菌和改善胃功能等方面阐述苍术的药理作用;从化学结构层面分析苍术素的生物合成途径。苍术在抗心律失常和改善胃功能等方面拥有正向调节作用,并通过不同的作用机制在抗癌、抗菌和保肝等方面具有显著疗效。苍术素在苍术体内通过油酸的脱氢反应生成,其最优提取工艺为超临界CO_(2)萃取法。苍术的苍术素应用前景广阔,其合成途径需要进一步深入研究。To summarize the effective chemical constituents,extraction methods and pharmacological effects of Atractylodes lancea,and analyzing the biosynthetic pathways of Atractylodin.To summarize the chemical composition of A.Lancea in terms of sesquiterpenes,polyvinyl acetates and non-volatile oil components;To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of five commonly used extraction processes of A.Lancea;To explain the pharmacological effects of A.Lancea in terms of antitumor,antibacterial and improvement of gastric function;To analyze the biosynthetic pathway of the active ingredient A.Lancea fromthe chemical structure level.A.Lancea possesses positive regulatory effects in antiarrhythmia and improvement of gastric function,and has significant efficacy in anticancer,antibacterial and hepatoprotective effects through differentmechanisms of action.The active ingredient atractylodin is produced in A.Lancea through the dehydrogenation of oleic acid,and the optimal extraction process is supercritical CO_(2) extraction.The active ingredients of A.Lancea have promising applications,and their synthesis pathways deserve further in-depth study in the future.
