摘　　要：炎琥宁系穿心莲的提取物穿心莲内酯经酯化、脱水和成盐精制而成的脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯钾钠盐,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒和调节免疫等生物活性,是儿科常用药物之一,但受到剂型因素以及不良反应的影响,临床应用受到一定限制。通过查阅近年来国内外文献,综述了近年来炎琥宁的药理作用、临床应用、不良反应和制剂设计等方面的研究进展,分析炎琥宁的发展现状及关键问题,旨在为炎琥宁进一步临床应用提供借鉴。Yanhuning is a potassium sodium salt of dehydrated andrographolide succinate hemiester,which is refined from andrographolide through esterification,dehydration and salification.As a commonly used drug in pediatric clinic,Yanhuning has anti-inflammatory,antiba-cterial,anti-virus,immune regulation and other biological activities.However,its clinical application is limited due to the influence of dosage form and adverse reactions.The pharmacological action,clinical application,adverse reactions,preparation innovation and key problems were summarized to provide a powerful reference for the further development and utilization of Yanhuning.
