摘 要:为探索一种脱氮反应器在实际水厂运行中的脱氮效果,在某一工业污水处理厂开展相关试验。探索在工况Ⅰ(投加碳源)、工况Ⅱ(投加碳源和脱氮菌)和工况Ⅲ(投加碳源和经过脱氮反应器处理后的脱氮菌)3种情况下总氮的去除效果,并记录碳源使用量和菌剂使用量。工况Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的总氮去除率分别为74.47%、83.54%和85.57%。结合COD、TN去除率,进水水量和碳源投加量,可计算出工况Ⅰ:177.08 mg/L的COD去除27.13 mg/L的TN;工况Ⅱ:180.5 mg/L的COD去除53.89 mg/L的TN;工况Ⅲ:177.0 mg/L的COD去除55.43 mg/L的TN。在同等COD浓度下,工况Ⅱ、Ⅲ的TN去除率均高于工况Ⅰ。工况Ⅱ的TN去除率略低于工况Ⅲ,但其菌剂用量为工况Ⅲ的10倍。该脱氮反应器在减少脱氮菌剂用量的同时保持高效率的脱氮效果。In order to explore the real effect on one denitrification reactor,a sewage treatment plant carried out some relevant tests.Three experiments were done at the same time in this plant,which were condition I(just adding carbon source),condition II(adding carbon source and denitrifying bacteria)and condition III(adding carbon source and denitrifying bacteria after denitrification reactor treatment).The usage quantity of carbon source and bacterial agent were recorded.The total nitrogen removal rates in condition I,II and III were 74.47%,83.54%and 85.57%respectively.Combined with the removal rate of COD and TN,water inflow and carbon source dosage,the working condition could be calculated that 27.13mg/L TN could be eliminated by 177.08mg/L COD in condition I.While in condition II,53.89mg/L TN could be eliminated under 180.5mg/L COD and 55.43mg/L TN could be removed by 177.0mg/L COD in condition III.When in the same COD concentration,the TN removal rates in conditions II and III were higher than condition I.The TN removal rate of condition II was slightly lower than that of condition III,but the use of bacterial agent dosage was 10 times higher.Above these experiments,the effect research of intelligent denitrification machine got a conclusion that the denitrification machine could reduce the amount of denitrifying bacteria and maintain high efficiency of denitrification.
