便携式自适应型10 kV开关柜验电小车的研制

摘　　要：在变电站内10 kV开关柜的倒闸操作步骤中,经常需要对10 kV开关柜内的静触头进行验电。但在验电操作过程中,现有的验电小车笨重不灵活,操作步骤繁琐,且在操作过程中易发生卡顿,经常导致验电操作耗时过长。最为关键的是,目前所用的验电小车不能检验多种型号柜体,只能用于特定型号柜,在一定程度上造成了较高的检验成本,且无法根据实际需求单独开启柜内静触头上、下侧挡板,存在一定安全隐患。基于此,研制了便携式自适应型10 kV开关柜验电小车,其结构简单、携带方便、自适应性强,具有较高的应用价值。In the switching operation steps of 10 kV switchgear in the substation,it is often necessary to verify the electricity of the static contacts in the 10 kV switchgear.However,in the process of electricity verification,the existing electricity verification trolley is bulky and inflexible,the operation steps are cumbersome,and it is easy to get stuck in the operation process,which leads to the electricity verification operation often taking too long.The most important thing is that the current electric inspection trolley can't inspect various types of cabinets,but can only be used for specific types of cabinets,which to a certain extent causes high inspection costs,and it can't open the upper and lower baffles of the static contacts in the cabinet independently according to the actual needs,which has certain potential safety hazards.Based on this,this paper presents the development of a portable self-adaptive 10 kV switchgear inspection trolley,which has simple structure,convenient carrying,strong adaptability and high application value.
