浙江共同富裕示范区对股份制银行国际贸易融资业务的发展启示

摘　　要：作为全国首个共同富裕示范区,浙江省凭借科学的发展思路和高效的实践探索,率先建设成为了极具社会主义特色和自身优势的“富裕榜样”,它不仅为全社会的共同富裕实现提供了样本,还为现代管理学研究中破解发展矛盾,推动机制创新,提高运行效率提供了具有现实意义的经验参考。近年来,股份制银行国际贸易融资业务由于受到全球经济形势和国际局势变化的影响,风险增大,发展受阻,与此同时国际融资需求增长,范围延伸,这既是机遇也是挑战。因此,我国股份制银行如何在此阶段紧抓机遇,构建更大的发展格局成为亟需解决的问题。破解发展难题,推动自身的机制创新,是股份制银行国际贸易融资发展的着力点,这与浙江共同富裕示范区的建设有极强的契合性和相似度。因此,文章通过梳理浙江共同富裕示范区的经验,为股份制银行国际贸易业务发展提供方向指导。同时,结合国际贸易融资业务的特点与存在的问题,提出进一步的发展建议。As the first common prosperity demonstration area in China Zhejiang has become a"model of prosperity"with socialist characteristics and its own advantages based on scientific development ideas and efficient practical exploration which not only provided a sample for the realization of common prosperity in China but also provided practical reference for solving development contradictions promoting mechanism innovation and improving operational efficiency in modern management.In recent years the risk of international trade financing of joint-stock banks has increased due to global economic situation and international situation.Meanwhile the demand for international financing has increased and it is not only an opportunity but also a challenge.In this regard it is important for China's joint-stock banks to seize opportunities and build a larger development pattern at this stage.The center of the development of internatinal trade financing of jointstock banks is to solve problems in development and promote mechanism innovation which is quite similar to the construction of common prosperity demonstration area in Zhejiang.Therefore the paper analyzes the experience of common prosperity demonstration area in Zhejiang to provide reference for the development of international trade business of joint-stock banks and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on its characteristics and existing problems.
