摘　　要：大力发展民宿能为实现乡村振兴注入新的动力。伴随着经济发展,民宿旅游越来越受到游客的喜爱,并成为旅游业的一个新兴趋势。文章从游客满意度视角出发,选取福建省福州市鼓岭民宿为研究案例,构建民宿满意度评价指标体系和模型,运用IPA分析法来进行实证检验。从民宿外部环境、基础服务、餐饮安全等方面进行重要性与满意度的分析,探讨影响其旅游吸引力的关键因素,并制定出促进鼓岭民宿产业可持续性发展的对策与建议。Vigorously developing homestay injects new impetus to realize rural revitalization.With the development of economy,home stay tourism is more and more popular with tourists,and has become a new trend of tourism.From the perspective of tourist satisfaction,this paper selects Guling B&B in Fuzhou,Fujian province as a case study,constructs the index system and model of B&B satisfaction evalua⁃tion,and uses IPA analysis method to conduct empirical test.This paper analyzes the importance and satisfaction of homestay from the ex⁃ternal environment,basic services,food and beverage safety,discusses the key factors affecting its tourism attraction,and works out the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Guling homestay industry.
