摘　　要：PTAC窗机及带除湿的新风装置,一般由主机蒸发器、贯流风轮、送风通道及抽风装置等部分构成,室外为送风通道的进风端,出风端则位于主机蒸发器进风侧,为实现送风效果,在送风通道内配备抽风装置,并将主机蒸发器与贯流风轮依托送风通道衔接。其运行原理为主机蒸发器对新风产生除湿效果,再依托贯流风轮将除湿后新风送入室内,由于PTAC窗机具备主机蒸发器,因而实现了多功能融合作用,大幅降低了生产难度及成本。据此,本文以新风装置为基础,结合实际提出具体设计方案。PTAC window machine and fresh air device with dehumidification are generally composed of main engine evaporator,cross-flow fan wheel,air supply channel and air extraction device.The outdoor is the air inlet end of the air supply channel,and the air outlet end is located at the air inlet side of the main engine evaporator.In order to achieve the air supply effect,an air extraction device is equipped in the air supply channel,and the main engine evaporator and cross-flow fan wheel are connected by the air supply channel.Its operation principle is that the main engine evaporator produces dehumidification effect on the fresh air,and then relies on the cross-flow fan wheel to send the dehumidified fresh air into the room.Because the PTAC window machine has the main engine evaporator,it realizes the multi-function integration function,which greatly reduces the production difficulty and cost.Based on this,this paper proposes a specific design scheme based on the fresh air device and combined with the actual situation.
