摘  要:为研究高大厂房工位送风的工艺参数,以单个工位为研究对象,基于流体动力学分析工具CFD,建立工位送风的数值计算模型,并对数值模型的可靠性进行了验证。利用响应面试验设计方法构建了工艺参数的样本空间,运用数值模型的求解结果建立了响应面分析模型,对影响工作地点温度的工艺参数进行了分析。结果表明:工作地点温度受送风速度的影响较低,过度增大送风速度对工作地点的温度影响较小,建议取2.5m/s;环境温度为35℃时,送风温度取24℃。环境温度为40℃时,送风温度取21℃,研究结果可为现场实践提供理论指导。In order to study the process parameters of station air supply in a large workshop,a numerical calculation model of station air supply was established based on CFD,and the reliability of the numerical model was verified.The sample space of process parameters is constructed by response surface test design method,and the response surface analysis model is established by using the solution results of the numerical model,the influence of process parameters on the temperature of the working site is analyzed.The results show that the temperature of the workplace is less affected by the air supply speed,and excessive increase of the air supply speed has less impact on the temperature of the workplace,so 2.5m/s is recommended;When the ambient temperature is 35℃,the air supply temperature is 24℃.When the ambient temperature is 40℃,the air supply temperature is 21℃.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for on-site practice.
