摘 要:在机械加工过程中,机床和工件之间会产生颤振,由于系统振动频率在不断变化,因此本文为解决颤振对加工造成的危害,设计实现了一种阻尼可调的剪切-挤压混合模式橡胶-磁流变液隔振器。通过对磁流变液进行挤压特性实验,得到其应力-应变曲线,接着对橡胶模具进行超弹性分析得到其本构模型,再应用有限元软件对隔振器进行电磁仿真分析与模态分析。最后通过频响分析实验得到随着磁场强度发生改变,磁流变液的刚度与阻尼发生改变,在外加激励的作用下隔振器能够充分利用频移特性,有效降低非期望振动对结构的动力响应,该隔振器可以应用于不同激振频率下的减振工况。In the process of machining,chatter will occur between the machine tool and the workpiece.Because the vibration frequency of the system is constantly changing,this paper designs and implements a shear-extrusion mixed mode rubber-MRF isolator with adjustable damping to solve the harm caused by chatter to the machining.The stress-strain curve was obtained by the squeezing experiment of MRF,and then the constitutive model of the rubber mold was obtained by the hyperelastic analysis.Then the electromagnetic simulation analysis and modal analysis of the isolator were carried out by the finite element software.Finally,the frequency response analysis results show that the stiffness and damping of MRF change with the change of magnetic field intensity.Under the action of external excitation,the isolator can make full use of the frequency shift characteristics and effectively reduce the dynamic response of the unexpected vibration to the structure.The isolator can be applied to the vibration reduction conditions under different excitation frequencies.
