摘　　要：将专用液压夹具运用于车桥加工的数控双面镗车床,通过PLC程序控制液压夹具的动作,同时配备夹具气密检测装置和喷淋装置,通过检测信号的互锁,提高夹具使用的安全性和可靠性,提高工件装夹的精度和速度,极大地提高车桥加工的效率。The special hydraulic fixture is applied to the CNC double-sided boring lathe of the axle processing,the action of the hydraulic fixture is controlled by the PLC program,and the fixture airtightness detection device and the sprinkler device are equipped at the same time,and the safety and reliability of the fixture use are improved through the interlocking of the detection signal,the accuracy and speed of the workpiece clamping are improved,and the efficiency of the axle processing is greatly improved.
