混凝土道面预制装配式边角修复体参数研究

摘  要:针对机场水泥混凝土道面局部大面积破损无法在短时间内采用传统现场浇筑方法完成修补,因此以ABAQUS三维有限元分析模型为平台,构建了采用预制装配式修补块进行局部修补的修复体结构在B737-800荷载作用下的力学行为分析模型,探讨了修复体厚度、修补块模量对修复体顶最大拉应力及弯沉的影响规律,并提出了不同情况下修复体参数选用建议。结果表明:矩形修补块适合板角5 cm,10 cm,15 cm厚度的修补,扇形修补块适合板角20 cm以及板边5 cm,10 cm,15 cm厚度的修补,六边形修补块适合板边20 cm厚度的修补;板角修补时5 cm厚修复体修补块弹性模量建议在20 GPa~25 GPa,10 cm厚修复体修补块弹性模量建议在20 GPa~40 GPa,15 cm厚修复体修补块弹性模量建议在25 GPa~36 GPa,20 cm厚修复体弹性模量建议为20 GPa~25 Gpa;板边修补修复体弹性模量建议与原道面一致。In view of the large area of local damage of the airport cement concrete pavement that cannot be repaired in a short time by using the traditional on-site pouring method,based on the ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element analysis model,the mechanical behavior analysis model of the repair body structure with prefabricated repair blocks for local repair under the B737-800 load is built,and the thickness of the repair body is discussed the influence of repair block modulus on the maximum tensile stress and deflection of the top of the prosthesis,and the suggestions for the selection of the parameters of the prosthesis under different conditions are put forward.The results show that the rectangular patch is suitable for the repair of 5 cm,10 cm and 15 cm thick plate corners,the sector patch is suitable for the repair of 20 cm thick plate corners and 5 cm,10 cm and 15 cm thick plate edges,and the hexagonal patch is suitable for the repair of 20 cm thick plate edges;During plate corner repair,the elastic modulus of 5 cm thick repair block is recommended to be 20 GPa~25 GPa,that of 10 cm thick repair block is recommended to be 20 GPa~40 GPa,that of 15cm thick repair block is recommended to be 25 GPa~36 GPa,and that of 20 cm thick repair block is recommended to be 20 GPa~25 GPa;it is recommended that the elastic modulus of the repair body at the edge of the plate be consistent with the original pavement.
