摘  要:纺织品纤维是形成纺织品的主要材料,其质量检验内容多、仪器多、方案多。为了研究纺织品纤维质量检验因素,文章基于红外光谱的视角,以正交实验的方案设计为例,从不同检验因素对纺织品纤维质量的影响入手,论述了纺织品纤维质量检验因素实施方案,并得到检验结果。对红外光谱吸收峰测量过程进行了梳理,提出了基于相似度的纺织品纤维质量评定方案的设计,并对方案进行了验证。There are many contents,instruments,and plans for textile fiber quality inspection.In order to study the quality inspection factors of textile fibers,this study is based on the perspective of infrared spectroscopy and takes the design of orthogonal experiments as an example.Starting from the impact of different inspection factors on the quality of textile fibers,the implementation plan of textile fiber quality inspection factors is discussed,and the inspection results are obtained.The measurement process of infrared spectral absorption peaks is reviewed,and a similarity-based design for textile fiber quality evaluation is proposed and validated.
