摘  要:在正安区域地层特征及已钻井情况分析基础上,阐述了该地区水平井优快钻井技术难题,通过个性化高效PDC钻头、高扭长寿命动力钻具、钻井参数优化技术、减摩降扭工具、近钻头地质导向技术及治漏防塌钻井液技术的研究与优化,提出了针对性的解决方案。通过相关技术的应用,有望进步一提高该区水平井机械钻速、缩短钻井周期,实现优快钻井。Through the regional stratigraphic characteristics and drilling situation analysis,the paper elaborated the optimum horizontal well drilling technology difficult problem.The personalized PDC bit with high efficiency,high torque long life power drilling tools,drilling parameter optimization technology,anti-friction torsion tools,near-bit geosteering technology and leakage prevention cure speed lift effect technology such as collapse of drilling fluid technology were studied.Through the application of relevant technology,it’s expacted to improve the drilling rate of horizontal wells in this area,shorten the drilling cycle,and achieve optimal and fast drilling.
