某装置处理能力持续下降的原因分析

摘　　要：通过对一次天然气净化装置处理能力持续下降的异常情况分析,查找引起装置处理能力持续下降的根本原因,探寻避免再次发生类似异常情况的措施和方法。通过收集装置生产记录、DCS系统各类参数的趋势图,还原异常生产过程,采用事故事件分析工具和方法,结合其他类似装置的操作经验,比较分析出异常情况产生的根本原因。装置处理能力下降的直接原因为不恰当的参数调整引起,参数调整的风险分析和预防控制措施未能有效的发现并控制风险。同时装置操作者对此后装置出现的异常状况未能与装置参数调整建立联系,从而造成装置异常情况的恶化。In this paper,through the analysis of the abnormal situation of the continuous decrease of the processing capacity of a natural gas purif ication unit,the root cause of the continuous decrease of the processing capacity of the unit is found out,and the measures and methods to avoid the recurrence of similar abnormal situation are explored.By collecting the production records of the device and the trend chart of various parameters of the DCS system,the abnormal production process is restored,and the root causes of the abnormal situation are compared and analyzed by using the accident event analysis tools and methods,combined with the operation experience of other similar devices.The direct cause of the decline in the processing capacity of the device is caused by improper parameter adjustment.The risk analysis and preventive control measures of this parameter adjustment fail to effectively detect and control risks.At the same time,the operator of the device failed to establish a connection with the adjustment of the device parameters,resulting in the deterioration of the abnormal situation of the device.
