摘　　要：天然气净化装置主要是利用脱硫剂将天然气中的硫化氢和二氧化碳脱除,净化出符合国家标准的商品气。文章主要围绕天然气净化装置里两处典型的腐蚀漏点进行原因分析,详细讲述凝结水管线弯头和开工循环线腐蚀泄漏原因,介绍了加强带缠绕、安装夹具、钢带法和碳纤维缠绕等堵漏补强技术在净化装置的实践应用,可为化工装置泄漏处置提供技术支持。The natural gas purification device mainly removes hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from natural gas by desulfurizers and purify commercial gas that meets national standards.This article mainly focuses on the cause of two typical corrosion leaks in the natural gas purif ication device,and describes in detail the cause of corrosion and leakage of the condensate pipeline elbow and the start-up circulation line.It specifically describes the practical application of the reinforcement tape winding,installation fixture,steel belt method and carbon fiber winding and other leak plugging and reinforcement technologies in the purification device,which can provide technical support for the leakage treatment of the chemical device.
