摘  要:随着焦炉煤气产业链的延伸,深加工技术的不断发展、改进,对处理后的焦炉煤气质量要求越来越高,尤其是合成氨、甲醇行业,由于苯含量的升高不仅影响系统阻力,同时还会严重影响催化剂的使用寿命,故对焦炉煤气中含苯要求越来越高。鉴于焦炉煤气中含苯量过高,造成焦炉煤气直接放散,对后续化工装置的产量造成很大的波动,甚至停车,增加运行成本,降低企业利润。研究将对煤气中苯含量高的具体原因开展研究分析,并根据具体的原因提出针对性的解决办法。With the extension of the coke oven gas industry chain and the continuous development and improvement of deep processing technology,the requirements for the quality of treated coke oven gas are becoming higher and higher,especially in the synthetic ammonia and methanol industries.Because the increase of benzene content not only affects the system resistance,but also seriously affects the service life of the catalyst,the requirements for benzene content in coke oven gas are becoming higher and higher.In view of the high benzene content in the coke oven gas,which causes the coke oven gas to be released directly,causing great fluctuations in the output of subsequent chemical plants,even stopping,increasing the operating cost and reducing the enterprise prof its.This research will study and analyze the specif ic causes of high benzene content in gas,and propose targeted solutions to the root specif ic causes.
