摘　　要：文章主要介绍了负压脱苯工艺技术在实际生产中的应用情况。通过对生产中存在的问题进行研究、生产事故案例进行剖析,针对存在的问题并结合生产经验,提出收新洗油改造、脱苯排渣工艺改造及苯槽区域尾气治理等工艺优化及改进措施,不断完善负压脱苯生产工艺技术的先进性,改善生产现场操作环境。This paper mainly introduces the application of negative pressure debenzene technology in actual production.Through studying the problems existing in the production,production accident cases are analyzed,in view of the existing problems combined with production practice experience,the optimization and improvement measures of new washing oil transformation,transformation of debenzene slag removal process and benzene tank area tail gas treatment are proposed,constantly improve the advanced nature of negative pressure debenzene production technology,improve the operation environmen of production site.
