摘  要:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳演绎法等方法对我国青少年体育进行研究。研究发现:在健康中国背景下青少年体质健康问题呈现出新变局,在体教融合背景下青少年体育发展呈现出新诉求,在双减政策视域下青少年体育产业发展呈现出新机遇。为促进青少年体育发展,文章引入互动式治理理论,在美国政治经济学家埃里诺·奥斯特罗姆的制度分析与发展框架下,结合青少年体育治理的特点提出青少年体育互动式治理的分析框架,进而从行动者、行动、行动过程和行动结果评估反馈四个方面探讨青少年体育互动式治理的路径。Using the methods of literature data,logical analysis,induction and deduction and other methods to study youth sports in my country.The study found that:from the perspective of comprehensive development,adolescents’physical health issues have presented new changes,under the background of the integration of sports and education,the development of youth sports presents new demands,the implementation of the double reduction policy,the development of the youth sports industry presents new opportunities.In order to promote the development of youth sports,the article introduces the theory of interactive governance.Under the institutional analysis and development framework of American political economist Eleanor Ostrom,combined with the characteristics of youth sports governance,an analysis of the interactive governance of youth sports is put forward.Framework,and then explore the path of interactive governance of youth sports from four aspects:actor,action,action process and action result evaluation and feedback.
