摘 要:本文对煤基氢冶金回转窑还原氧化球团所得金属化球团在中频炉熔分开展了探索性试验。结果表明:金属化球团在中频炉可以实现熔分,渣铁分离良好,产出了含铁率99.84%的低C、低P、低S钢水,为酒钢煤基氢冶金制钢新工艺路线的优化和产业化研究提供了技术支持。Exploratory experiments have been conducted on the melting and separation of metallized pellets obtained from the reduction of oxidized pellets in a coal based hydrogen metallurgy rotary kiln in a medium frequency furnace.The results show that the metallized pellets can be melted and separated in a medium frequency furnace,with good slag and iron separation.Low C,low P,and low S molten steel with an iron content of 99.84%is produced,providing technical support for the optimization and industrialization research of the new process route for coal based hydrogen metallurgy steel production in JISCO.
