摘　　要：本文介绍了酒钢不锈钢分公司冷轧分厂冷线入口开卷机芯轴楔形块断裂后所进行的应急检修焊接的方法及其原理,重点对楔形块材料的焊接性、焊接变形控制进行了分析,根据分析结果探讨了楔形块断裂的检修方法,在今后维修积累经验。This paper introduces the method and principle of emergency repair welding after the wedge-shaped block of the uncoiler spindle at the cold line inlet in the cold rolling plant of Stainless Steel Branch in JISCO is broken.It focuses on the analysis of the weldability of the wedge-shaped block material and the control of welding deformation.According to the analysis results,the repair method of the wedge-shaped block fracture is discussed,which accumulates experience in the future maintenance.
