摘  要:本文通过对合成装置转化工序关键设备转化气废热锅炉下降管生产过程中,其底部环焊缝多次出现裂纹缺陷引发蒸汽泄漏的原因进行分析研究,结果表明通过对其垂直段增设U型热膨胀弯改变其布置形式的优化升级改造最终达到了避免产生裂纹发生泄漏的生产安全事故隐患,同时保障了装置安全稳定运行的目的。This paper analyzes and studies the causes of steam leakage accidents caused by repeated cracks at the bottom welding part of the downcomer of the waste heat boiler of conversion gas in the process of production of the key equipment downcomer in the conversion process of the synthesis unit.The results show that the optimization,upgrading and transformation of the vertical section by adding a U-shaped thermal expansion bend to change its layout ultimately achieved the goal of avoiding the hidden danger of production safety accidents caused by cracks and leakage,at the same time,it ensures the safe and stable operation of the device.
