摘 要:为降低碳纤维间隔纱织物(CSF)基复合材料对电磁波的反射率,减少二次污染,采用炭黑(CB)/聚酰胺6(PA6)多孔材料分别与CSF和玻纤/碳纤间隔纱织物(G/C-SF)复合制备了4种CB/PA6/SF复合材料。探讨了CB含量、间隔纱织物种类对CB/PA6/SF复合材料的性能影响。借助超景深显微镜、扫描电镜、矢量网络分析仪、万能强力机、模拟日光氙灯光源系统、红外热成像仪对CB/PA6/SF复合材料的形貌结构、电磁屏蔽性能、介电性能、平面压缩性能以及隔热性能进行表征和分析。结果表明:这4种CB/PA6/SF复合材料在X波段(8.2 GHz~12.4 GHz)的平均总电磁屏蔽效能(EMI SET)的范围为40.2 dB~42.5 dB。由于CB含量的提升和玻纤的引入,CB/PA6/SF复合材料的吸收率(A)获得提高。CB/PA6/SF复合材料内部存在多尺度异质界面,进而可引发界面极化产生多种介电极化弛豫机制,增加其对电磁波的介电损耗。当CB含量由20 wt%提高至30 wt%时,其相应CB/PA6/SF复合材料的压缩性能均得到提升。此外,CB/PA6/SF复合材料隔热性能良好,在温控加热板上经过60℃、600 s恒温加热其上表面温度可保持在38.30℃~40.82℃。In order to reduce the secondary pollution and the reflectivity of carbon fiber spacer fabric(CSF)composites,4 kinds of CB/PA6/SF composites were prepared by combining carbon black(CB)/polyamide 6(PA6)porous materials with CSF and glass fiber/carbon fiber spacer fabric(G/C-SF)respectively.The effects of CB content and spacer fabric types on the properties of CB/PA6/SF composites were explored.The morpholo-gy,electromagnetic shielding properties,dielectric properties,plane compressive properties,and thermal insula-tion properties of CB/PA6/SF composites were characterized by ultra-depth field microscope,scanning electron microscope,vector network analyzer,electronic universal power machine,simulated sunlight xenon lamp light source system and infrared thermal imager.The results showed that the average total EMI shielding efficiency(SE)of the 4 kinds of CB/PA6/SF composites was 40.2 dB~42.5 d B in the X band(8.2GHz~12.4GHz).The absorptivity(A)of CB/PA6/SF composites improved with the increase of CB content and introduction of glass fi-ber.The multi-scale heterogeneous interfaces existed in the CB/PA6/SF composites and could induce interfacial polarization and produce various dielectric polarization relaxation mechanism,which could increase its dielectric loss to electromagnetic waves.The compressive properties of CB/PA6/SF composites improved when the CB con-tent increased from 20 wt%to 30 wt%.In addition,CB/PA6/SF composite had good thermal insulation perform-ance.After 600s constant heating at 60℃on the temperature control heating plate,its upper surface temperature maintained between 38.30℃~40.82℃.
