摘 要:疲劳性能是光致变色染料的重要指标之一。螺吡喃类光致变色染料合成路线成熟,光响应性快,但存在耐疲劳性能差的缺陷。为制备一类可用于羊毛染色的高耐疲劳性光致变色染料,合成了带有甲基(MeSP)和苄基(BnSP)的螺吡喃类水溶性光致变色染料,并以此为底物通过和羟丙基-β-环糊精络合制备了一类螺吡喃类光致变色络合物,MeSP@CD和BnSP@CD。以黑暗消色与紫外光照射呈色的周期为依据,考察了螺吡喃类光致变色染料与环糊精络合前后在溶液中以及在羊毛纱线上的疲劳性能。结果表明,环糊精与螺吡喃分子的络合可提高染料在溶剂中与纱线上的耐疲劳性能,并且环糊精对具有不同取代基的染料的耐疲劳性能提升具有选择性。Fatigue performance is one of the important indicators of photochromic dyes.Spiropyran-based photochromic dyes have mature synthesis routes and fast photo responsiveness,but have the defect of poor fatigue resistance.In order to prepare a kind of efficient fatigue resistant photochromic dyes for wool dyeing,a water-sol-uble spiropyran-based photochromic dyes with methyl(MeSP)and benzyl(BnSP)was synthesized,and a kind of spiropyran-based photochromic complexes,MeSP@CD and BnSP@CD were prepared by complexing the dyes with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Based on the cycle of dark fading and UV irradiation color presentation,the fatigue performance of the spiropyran-based photochromic dyes was investigated in solution and on wool yarn be-fore and after cyclodextrin complexation.The results showed that the complexation of cyclodextrin with spiropyran molecules could improve the fatigue resistance of the dyes in solvent and on yarn,and the cyclodextrin could im-prove the fatigue resistance of the dyes with different substituents selectively.
