摘  要:针对传统聚酯织物印花工艺耗水多、污染大等问题,通过前期聚酯织物的少水印花工艺实验,采用拟合方法建立数学模型,分析并验证其工艺有效性,经过反馈修正,发现少水印花工艺在提花针织物实际应用中具有可行性;利用数学模型探讨焙烘时间、焙烘温度对印花效果的影响。结果表明,在色浆黏度10000MPA·S、染料3%、焙烘温度210℃、焙烘时间120s时,织物表面色深K/S值高达19.016,水洗后色牢度干摩擦牢度达到4级,印花工艺可完全免去还原清洗步骤,实现少水节能减排。Aiming at the problems of the traditional polyester fabric printing process such as high water con-sumption and high pollution,the mathematical model was established by the fitting method through the prelimina-ry experiment of less water printing process of polyester fabric.The effectiveness of the process was analyzed and verified.After feedback correction,it was found that the less water printing process was feasible in the practical application of jacquard knitted fabrics.The influence of baking time and temperature on printing effect was dis-cussed based on mathematical model.The results showed that when the paste viscosity was 10000 m Pa·s,the dye was 3%,the baking temperature was 210℃,and the baking time was 120s,the color depth K/S value of the fabric surface was up to 19.016,and the color fastness to dry friction fastness after washing was up to level 4,in-dicating that this printing process could completely eliminate the reduction cleaning step,and realized less water,energy saving and emission reduction.
