摘 要:刺激响应性荧光材料可在力、电、热等外界刺激下荧光行为发生明显变化,在生物分析、加密防伪、光开关、传感检测等领域拥有巨大的应用潜力,其中热响应因为成本低、来源丰富受到广泛关注。热响应荧光变色的纤维材料作为智能服装的基本组成部分,具有重要的理论研究与应用开发价值。利用尼罗红染料聚集荧光猝灭的特性,通过饱和脂肪酸在降温/升温过程中的结晶/熔融转变,驱动尼罗红荧光分子的聚集/分散状态的转变,实现荧光颜色在off-on状态的可逆变化,并将其与湿法纺丝技术相结合,最终获得热致发光尼罗红纤维。制备的纤维可在发出红色荧光与荧光猝灭之间切换,且荧光颜色经多次循环测试后仍稳定不变,证明了热致发光尼罗红纤维良好的荧光可逆性。Stimuli-responsive fluorescent materials can significantly change their fluorescence behaviors under external stimuli such as force,electricity and heat,which have huge application potential in the fields of biological analysis,encryption and anti-counterfeiting,optical switching,sensing and detection.The thermal re-sponse has received wide attention due to its low cost and abundant sources.As a basic component of smart cloth-ing,thermally responsive fluorescent color-changing fiber materials have important theoretical research and appli-cation development values.Based on the aggregation-caused fluorescence quenching property of nile red dye,the aggregation/dispersion state transformation of nile red fluorescent molecules was driven by the melting/crystalliza-tion transition of saturated fatty acids in the process of heating and cooling,leading to the reversible change of flu-orescence color in the off-on state.Finally,the thermochromic fluorescent nile red fiber was obtained by combi-ning it with the wet spinning technology.The prepared fiber could switch between red fluorescence emission and fluorescence quenching,with fluorescence color remaining stable after repeated testing,which proved the good fluorescence reversibility of thermochromic fluorescent nile red fiber.
