摘  要:本文采用分析仪器实现同时检测乙烯中微量NH_(3)、NO、N2O等组分。通过考察柱温、分流比对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件。方法中NH_(3)、NO、N2O杂质最小检测限为0.1 mL/m^(3),同时对该方法进行了精密度、准确度和最小检测限考察。各个组分的相对标准偏差小于5.0%,回收率都在95%~105%,满足标准要求。结果表明,该方法是乙烯中杂质含量测定的一种简单快捷、准确可靠的分析方法。Using a gas chromatograph,two valves and two channels,one NCD detector and one HID detector,one sample injection can simultaneously detect trace amounts of NH_(3),NO,N2O and other components in ethylene.The optimal experimental conditions were determined by examining the effects of column temperature and split ratio on the experimental results.The minimum detection limit of NH_(3),NO,N2O impurities in the method was 0.1mL/m^(3),and the precision,accuracy and minimum detection limit of the method were investigated.The relative standard deviation of each component is less than 5.0%,and the recovery rate is between 95%and 105%,which meets the standard requirements.The results show that this method is a simple,fast,accurate and reliable analytical method for the determination of impurities in ethylene.
