摘　　要：为解决焦炉煤气燃烧对环境的污染及资源浪费的问题,本文对焦炉煤气制备甲醇过程进行分析,并对过程进行优化,通过在中压蒸汽管道内部增加减温减压装置可以减少锅炉房一台锅炉运行,确保了中压蒸汽管道内部压力和温度。同时通过对驰放气管道与圆筒加热炉进行加装管道,利用驰放气替代燃料焦炉煤气,使得甲醇年产量增加3000 t,直接提升的经济利益约为600万元,为甲醇厂降本增效做出一定的贡献。In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by coke oven gas combustion,this paper analyzes the process of methanol preparation from coke oven gas and optimizes the process.By adding a temperature and pressure reducer inside the medium pressure steam pipe,the operation of one boiler in the boiler room can be reduced,and the internal pressure and temperature of the medium pressure steam pipe can be ensured.At the same time,the annual output of methanol is increased by 3000 tons by installing pipelines between the exhaust gas pipeline and the cylindrical heating furnace,and using the exhaust gas to replace the fuel coke oven gas.The economic benefits directly increased are about 6 million yuan,which makes a certain contribution to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the methanol plant.
