摘  要:针对换热器在实际工作状态中效率低、能量损失严重问题,对影响管换热器性能的多个结构参数的规律进行研究,通过改进热性能j系数和阻力性能f系数两项指标,得到了一组符合多条件要求的结构参数较优解。分析对比改进前后的模型,经过改进后,换热器换热性能j系数提升了4.20%,阻力系数f降低了77.38%,数据表明经过改进后的翅片管换热器虽然换热性能未有明显提升,但极大地降低了其阻力性能。In response to the problems of low efficiency and severe energy loss in actual working conditions of heat exchangers,the laws of multiple structural parameters that affect the performance of tube heat exchangers were studied.By improving the thermal performance j coefficient and resistance performance f coefficient,a set of optimal structural parameters that meet the requirements of multiple conditions was obtained.After analyzing and comparing the models before and after the improvement,the heat transfer coefficient j of the heat exchanger was increased by 4.20%,and the resistance coefficient f was reduced by 77.38%.The data shows that although the heat transfer performance of the improved finned tube heat exchanger has not been significantly improved,it greatly reduces its resistance performance.
