摘  要:针对某大型化工厂分馏塔侧线产品汽提塔上的实际工艺条件和操作现状,论述多变量预测控制(MPC)系统在分馏塔侧线产品汽提塔上的控制思想和应用。MPC投用后,可直接控制侧线产品质量指标、提高侧线产品合格率、减轻了操作人员的劳动强度、实现了系统的平稳运行、降低汽提蒸汽消耗等问题。MPC系统在分馏塔侧线产品汽提塔控制中具有很好的应用前景。In response to the actual process conditions and operating status of the side product stripper in a large chemical plant's fractionation tower,this paper discusses the control concept and application of multivariable predictive control(MPC)system on the side product stripper in the fractionation tower.After MPC is put into use,it can directly control the quality indicators of the side product,improve the qualification rate of the side product,reduce the labor intensity of operators,and achieve smooth operation of the system,and reduce the consumption of stripping steam and other issues.The MPC system has good application prospects in the control of the side product stripper of the fractionator.
