摘 要:针对成庄矿3311综放工作面前方遭遇两条大断面空巷,极易出现工作面顶板冒落、煤帮垮塌影响生产的不利局面,提出双组份高水速凝材料预先充填空巷的技术方案。通过实验室基础研究,结合数值模拟分析,确定高水材料最优配比和充填管路布置。经现场验证,工作面正常推进,未出现片帮冒顶等情况,为矿井安全生产奠定扎实基础。In view of the unfavorable situation that the roof caving and coal wall collapse of the working face are very easy to affect the production due to the two large section empty roadways encountered in front of the 3311 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Chengzhuang Mine,a technical scheme of pre-filling the empty roadways with two-component high water quick setting materials is put forward.Through laboratory basic research and numerical simulation analysis,the optimal ratio of high water materials and filling pipeline layout are determined.The field verification shows that the working face is advancing normally and there is no roof fall,which lays a solid foundation for mine safety production.
