摘  要:本煤层顺层钻孔在治理松软低透气性煤层瓦斯时面临钻孔工程量大、治理耗时长、瓦斯抽采效率偏低等问题,以21303综放工作面为工程研究对象,提出将定向长钻孔应用到煤层瓦斯预抽中。利用定向长钻孔施工距离长、精度高以及钻孔孔径大优势实现煤层瓦斯高效预抽,钻孔布置不受采面回采巷道掘进影响。现场应用后,定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量可达到0.90 m3/min,较本煤层顺层钻孔抽采纯量高6倍,瓦斯预抽效果显著,实现了松软低透气性煤层瓦斯高效抽采。In the treatment of soft and low permeability coal seam gas in this coal seam,drilling along the seam faces problems such as large drilling workload,long treatment time,and low gas extraction efficiency.Taking 21303 fully mechanized caving face as the engineering research object,it is proposed to apply directional long drilling to coal seam gas pre-extraction.Utilizing the advantages of long directional drilling construction distance,high accuracy,and large borehole diameter to achieve efficient pre-extraction of coal seam gas,the drilling layout is not affected by the excavation of the mining face and roadway.After on-site application,the pure gas extraction volume of directional long drilling can reach 0.90 m3/min,which is 6 times higher than the pure gas extraction volume of this coal seam bedding drilling.The gas pre-extraction effect is significant,achieving efficient gas extraction in soft and low permeability coal seams.
