摘 要:为确保3103运输巷安全高效掘进通过X1陷落柱,依据现场条件确定掘进及支护方案,并进行工程应用。在过陷落柱期间采用炮掘方式可更好的陷落柱破碎围岩条件并提高掘进安全系数;变更巷道断面后可避免顶板及巷帮交汇位置出现应力集中,降低顶板及巷帮变形量;采用全锚索及钢架棚支护,充分发挥主动支护及被动支护优势,实现陷落柱破碎围岩有效控制。现场应用后,巷道在陷落柱影响区内仍可保持5.0 m/d掘进速度,期间未出现冒顶、片帮等问题同时顶板始终持稳定,顶板、巷帮最大收敛量分别为95 mm、55 mm,采用的掘进及围岩支护方式实现了巷道安全高效过陷落柱。In order to ensure the safe and efficient excavation of the 3103 transportation roadway through the X1 collapse column,the excavation and support plan was determined based on on-site conditions and applied in engineering.During the period of passing through the collapse column,using blasting excavation method can better break the surrounding rock conditions of the collapse column and improve the excavation safety factor.After changing the cross-section of the roadway,it can avoid stress concentration at the intersection of the roof and roadway sides,and reduce the deformation of the roof and roadway sides.Adopting full anchor cables and steel frame shed support,fully utilizing the advantages of active and passive support,achieving effective control of collapsed column and broken surrounding rock.After on-site application,the excavation speed of 5.0 m/d can still be maintained in the area affected by the collapse column in the tunnel.During this period,there were no problems such as roof fall or slope fragmentation,and the roof remained stable.The maximum convergence amounts of the roof and roadway were 95 mm and 55 mm,respectively.The excavation and surrounding rock support methods used achieved safe and efficient passage of the tunnel through the collapse column.
