摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着煤炭工业的飞速发展,乳化废水日益增多,煤矿企业为经济发展做出贡献的同时,其对环境的破坏与污染同样不容忽视。为避免地下水资源受到污染,应全面回收、合规处置煤矿井下排放的乳化液,研发、推广新型高效的乳化废水处理技术。Since the reform and development,with the rapid development of the coal industry,emulsified wastewater is increasing day by day.While coal mining enterprises make contributions to economic development,their damage and pollution to the environment can not be ignored.In order to avoid the pollution of groundwater resources,the emulsion discharged from coal mines should be fully recovered and disposed of in accordance with the regulations,and new and efficient emulsion wastewater treatment technology should be developed and popularized.
