摘　　要：为进一步提升焦化厂焦炉煤气中脱氰脱硫的净化处理效果,在对当前湿法脱硫脱氰工艺流程进行概述的基础上,结合实际生产中对脱硫脱氰工艺所存在的实际问题及其原因进行综合分析,通过实验的方式对不同工艺参数对脱硫效率的影响展开研究,得出适用于焦化厂湿法脱硫脱氰工艺的最佳工艺参数,在保证脱硫效率的同时达到降低成本的目的。In order to further improve the purification treatment effect of decyanation and desulfurization in coke oven gas of coking plants,based on an overview of the current wet desulfurization and decyanation process flow,combined with a comprehensive analysis of the actual problems and causes of desulfurization and decyanation processes in actual production,the influence of different process parameters on desulfurization efficiency was studied through experiments,obtain the optimal process parameters suitable for the wet desulfurization and decyanation process in coking plants,while ensuring desulfurization efficiency and achieving the goal of reducing costs.
