摘 要:当前油田企业全力推进全面高质量发展,合规经营、风险管控标准更加规范严格,这对市场管理工作提出了更高的要求。但油田现行管理模式存在业务分散、过程监管不到位等问题,影响高质量发展建设。本文以西北油田采油二厂为例,提出构建市场管理共享中心、优化运行组织模式、强化风险防控等改进措施。At present,oilfield companies are making every effort to promote comprehensive and high-quality development,and management in accordance with laws and risk control standards have become more regulated and strict,which puts forward higher requirements for market management.However,the current management model of oilfield faces problems such as decentralized business and inadequate supervision on processes,which have negative effects on high-quality development and construction.Taking the Second Oil Production Plant of Northwest Oilfield as an example,innovatively proposed to build a market management sharing center,which successfully optimized the model of operation and organization in accordance with laws and regulations,further thoroughly implement its main responsibility for oil reservoir operation and management and strengthen risk prevention and control ability.
